Thanks to the Maine Crafts Association and all the nice folks who stopped by the booth!
This was a custom job for a client out in California. The entire table is finished in Danish Oil. For the top/shelf I used a gel urethane topcoat for added durability.
This curly maple king size bed has easy to assemble, interlocking hardware. It’s finished with tinted danish oil, gel stain and has a gel urethane topcoat. The finish really brings out the grain detail, is durable and extremely soft to the touch.
This bed is for a client I built a queen size bed for a number of years ago. The couple loved the first one so much they asked me to make them the same design out of figured maple in a king. This will be stained with a walnut tinted danish oil to match the trim in their bedroom.
I’ve been saving this very rare board of curly white oak for a few years now and finally found the right design to show the beauty of the wood off. The contrasting walnut top and shelf really complement the incredible grain of the curly oak.
Dimensions are 48″L x 16″W x 34″H
I designed this “water fall coffee table” made out of Sapele for a very special client who is interested in African culture. The subtle curves add a dramatic feel to this piece. Special details include continuous grain throughout the entire length of the piece, thus giving the grain a waterfall appearance.
